We are a small-scale grower of vegetables, berries, flowers, herbs, and plant starts in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont

At 1100 feet and 43.8746 latitude we have a shorter growing season than many, but we make up for that in the number of rocks we have! (Rocks hold the heat, right?) We are not NOFA organic certified, but we don’t use anything but OMRI organic approved methods, from seed to fruit. We grow sustainably as we can, with respect for the land, building the soil, and putting back as much as we take. We employ season extenders such as low tunnels and our high tunnels to keep something growing year-round, and strive to have the earliest and highest quality vegetables in the local market. Our high tunnels also give us a place to start vegetable, flower, and herb plants for your gardens.

Although we do have powered machines for the heavy work, most of our planting and cultivation is done with hand tools, including wheelhoes.

 Order in-season at our online store for farm or market pickup. In addition, we supply produce to Maple Soul, and Liberty Hill Farm and Inn, all right here in Rochester. You can also find our microgreens at the Village Grocery in Rochester.
